Your onboarding pathway

Five steps toward a professional REN career

The IQI orientation is a team onboarding requirement. It is separate from the NCC and is not described here as a statutory BOVAEP requirement.

  1. 01

    Interview and selection

Initial screening considers qualifications, suitability, communication and your commitment to a real estate career.

  2. 02

    Complete IQI's compulsory orientation

Selected applicants complete IQI Realty's four-day, fully online orientation programme. For this team, orientation is required before proceeding to the NCC.

    Internal team onboarding requirement
  3. 03

Attend and pass the two-day NCC

After completing IQI orientation, eligible applicants proceed to the mandatory two-day Negotiators Certification Course and its assessment.

Estimated NCC course fee: RM648RM600 + 8% SST, subject to the prevailing approved course provider's charges.

Be prepared for the course fee and any applicable onboarding or registration expenses. Passing the NCC assessment is required to obtain the NCC certificate.

  4. 04

    Submit for REN registration

Submit the required documents through the registered estate agency for the relevant BOVAEP/LPPEH process. Do not undertake regulated estate agency activities before the necessary approval and REN tag are obtained.

  5. 05

    Keep developing professionally

Continue learning, attend relevant company training and meet the applicable annual REN renewal requirements to maintain your professional standing.
